Fachausweis) Your tasks: Independent administrative and technical management of your own portfolio of residential properties Letting, rent adjustments and vacancy management Contact person for tenants, tradespeople, caretakers as well as authorities Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, property and service charge settlements Responsible for regular maintenance as well as smaller renovations Collaboration in budget and renovation planning as well as project developments Monitoring and control of the commissioned management companies Residential / office properties German-speaking Switzerland Profile preferred candidate: Commercial or technical training Real Estate Manager with a federal diploma (eidg.
