For our customer in the Schaffhausen region, we are looking for an ### Employee Quality Assurance (m/w/d) ### ### Your tasks ### • Carrying out incoming goods inspections on electronic and mechanical components with a focus on electronics • Visual inspection according to applicable industry standards as well as the use of suitable test systems • Creation, maintenance and optimization of inspection plans in incoming goods • Evaluation of initial samples and associated documentation as part of release processes • Processing of supplier complaints using structured methods (e.g. 8D) • Participation in the further development of suppliers together with purchasing and quality team • Support during supplier audits • Inspection of mechanical components with standard measuring tools as well as prospective use of coordinate measuring machines -------------------- Your profile ### • Completed technical training, ideally in the field of electronics production or testing • Several years of professional experience (approx. 5 years or more) in a comparable activity • Experience in handling complaint processes (e.g. 8D methodology) • Knowledge of quality management, preferably according to ISO 9001 • Advantage: Experience with IPC standards (e.g. IPC-A-610) • Structured, careful and independent working method • Teamwork, reliability and high motivation for further development • Very good German language skills as well as basic English language skills -------------------- What we offer you ### • Varied activity in an international work environment • Open company culture with flat hierarchies • Individual development opportunities • Flexible working hours • Attractive social benefits • Collegial team and appreciative cooperation If you meet the mentioned requirements and this exciting task has sparked your interest, we look forward to receiving your complete application documents.
