Weekend Coordinator Nurse and Field Worker 60-80%

Support team for the CMS of the APROMAD (Echallens, Prilly Sud, Prilly Nord, Oron, Cully, Pully, Le Mont and Epalinges)

YOUR MISSIONS

Weekend Coordinator Nurse

• Welcome temporary staff and answer any questions they may have. Give them the necessary equipment and collect it at the end of the day.
• Receive absence notifications from employees and organize their replacement in the field.
• Respond to requests from clients coming from the CTM or field workers.
• Pass on situations that require it to the management on-call.

Field Nurse

• Perform nursing care and basic care at the home of people presenting a state of physical or mental dependency or a disability.
• Support the CMS multidisciplinary team in managing client situations.
• Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice.
• Autonomously ensure on-call duties during evening hours 17h - 22h.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or a title deemed equivalent (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Flexibility in working hours
• Good ability to adapt to changes
• Ability to work autonomously and to face complex situations
• Good knowledge of usual IT tools
• Availability at least 1 weekend per month
• Driver's license
