• Advise and support managers in all matters of HR management.
• Create the foundations for modern, efficient, and future-oriented personnel work.
• Actively participate in the cultural development of the NDB and support the further development into an agile organization.
• Work closely with the HR competence centers (Personnel and Organizational Development as well as HR Services Team).
• Manage the entire recruitment process - from personnel requirement planning through the selection of candidates to the hiring decision.

As an HR Business Partner, you combine specialist expertise with a sense for people and an understanding of organizations. You take the context into account and develop sustainable solutions.

What makes you unique

• University or university of applied sciences degree with specialist further training in HR management (federal diploma, MAS) as well as several years of successful professional experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience in supporting change processes and in organizational development.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• Enjoyment of working with different stakeholders as well as a solution-oriented way of working.
• Swiss citizenship, impeccable reputation, and very good knowledge of two official languages.

Together for the security of Switzerland!

The NDB deals with the early detection and combatting of terrorism, violent extremism, espionage, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery technology, as well as cyberattacks on critical infrastructures. In addition, the NDB procures security policy-relevant information and evaluates it. In this way, it provides decisive contributions to the comprehensive assessment of the threat situation.

At the federal level, the NDB primarily serves the Federal Council, the departments, and the military leadership with its products. It also supports the cantons in maintaining internal security and the law enforcement authorities at the federal level.
