Service Center Clerk "Disposal" 100% (m/f/d)

at our location in Rüti bei Büren

Your tasks:

• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries as well as ensuring order processing in the ERP system
• Contact person and central interface to external and internal departments (logistics, operational dispatch, invoicing, head of material flow management, laboratory)
• Processing of new disposal inquiries and creation of customer offers
• Customer support for queries regarding order processing as well as processing of feedback and deviations incl. documentation and forwarding to the responsible specialist departments
• Invoicing of disposal orders incl. processing of the associated documents
• General administrative tasks in the service center

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training (EFZ) with interest or experience in the disposal and recycling industry
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or internal sales, ideally in an industrial professional environment
• Good user knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as experience in dealing with an ERP system;
• German proficient and fluent in speaking and writing, French and English are an advantage
• Quick comprehension, organizational talent as well as a goal-oriented, independent and exact way of working
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with various stakeholder groups
