At Bachtelen, children, adolescents, and young adults are the focus - we accompany and promote them with heart, mind, and a pinch of humor. In humanly and professionally strong teams, we shape their everyday life together with them and create spaces for development.

At the Wohngruppe Weiher, up to 8 school-aged children and adolescents live there during the school weeks from Sunday to Friday. We are a stable, motivated, and committed team that works with a strong systemic orientation. Together with the parents, legal representatives, and of course the children and adolescents, we are important partners in their development. Our work is based on trust, participation, and relationship building at eye level. Professionally, we orient ourselves toward trauma-pedagogical principles, the principles of life-world orientation, as well as empowerment. In this way, we create a structured, reliable framework and a safe place in which children and adolescents can grow and unfold their strengths.

Starting from 1.12.2026 (or by arrangement) as a maternity cover with the option for extension, we are looking for:
