Your Tasks ##

• Co-responsibility for the ordering as well as the sale of spare parts and accessories of the brands we represent
• Advising our internal and external customers on quality, prices, and delivery dates of our products
• Processing inquiries and orders as well as ensuring efficient and professional order processing
• Checking incoming deliveries and verifying invoices
• Assisting with warehouse management

Your Profile ##

• Completed vocational training as Detailhandelsfachmann/-frau EFZ with a specialization in Automobil After-Sales, Automobil-Mechatroniker/in EFZ, or Automobil-Fachmann/-frau EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
• Good user knowledge in MS Office
• Independent, structured, as well as efficient and careful way of working
• Open, positive, and team-oriented personality
• Resilience, high motivation, and strong service orientation round off your profile
