In order to strengthen our presence in Nord vaudois, Neuchâtel and Fribourg, we are looking for a photovoltaic sales representative responsible for developing the company's client and partner portfolio in these three regions, in close connection with the Neuchâtel agency and the partners. Main missions: * Develop and manage the client portfolio (individuals, SMEs, companies, local authorities) in Nord vaudois, Neuchâtel and Fribourg * Actively prospect new clients and partners (architects, electricians, property management companies, general contractors, municipalities) * Conduct site visits, analyze needs and advise clients on photovoltaic, storage, and electric mobility solutions * Carry out photovoltaic studies and pre-dimensioning, then write, present and negotiate commercial offers until signature * Ensure commercial follow-up of projects in coordination with the technical office and site teams * Collect and transmit the information necessary for projects (plans, consumption data, photos, technical documents) * Maintain the CRM, pipeline and commercial dashboards Represent tera solar during events, trade fairs and professional meetings in the region * Contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial supports and internal processes Your profile: * Proven commercial experience (B2C and/or B2B), ideally in photovoltaics, energy, HVAC or building * Good knowledge of the economic fabric and local network of Nord vaudois, Neuchâtel and/or Fribourg * Strong interest in photovoltaics, energy and the energy transition; technical knowledge in electricity or PV is an asset * Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation sense and results orientation * Good writing skills and ability to structure clear and professional offers * Very good organization, rigor and autonomy in file follow-up * Ability to work in a team while managing one's sector independently * Good command of office tools and CRMs * Fluent French indispensable, German and/or English a plus * Driver's license indispensable We offer: * A position with responsibilities with a geographical sector to develop * An attractive remuneration consisting of a fixed part and a variable part linked to results * A stimulating working environment alongside a young, committed and dynamic team * High-performance internal tools (studies, offers, client follow-up) to gain efficiency * A high level of exposure to commercial, technical and entrepreneurial issues * Evolution prospects in a fast-growing company * The opportunity to actively contribute to the energy transition in French-speaking Switzerland About the company: tera solar offers turnkey photovoltaic and energy solutions to individuals and companies in French-speaking Switzerland.
