Your role

As a Project Manager Architecture, you will take responsibility for demanding construction projects in Chur from conception to implementation. You will lead your project team, coordinate the planning team, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and costs are always kept in view. You are the central contact person for the client and are in direct exchange with authorities, neighbors, and other stakeholders. With us, you design projects in interdisciplinary teams and contribute with your experience to ensuring that ideas visibly take shape. Your tasks

• Management and leadership of the project team
• Coordination of the planning team across all specialist departments
• Creation of explanatory reports and presentations
• Clarifications with authorities, neighbors, third parties, and representatives of the client
• Ensuring a smooth project process
• Responsibility for deadline, quality, and cost control

Your profile

• Dipl. Architect FH/TU/ETH/USI or dipl. Technician HF Bauplanung Architektur
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills, social competence, and leadership qualities
• Cost awareness and structured working methods
• Proficient use of MS Office, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Desktop-Publishing
