Your area of responsibility You take over the technical management and personnel responsibility for three specialists and ensure clear structures as well as good cooperation. At the same time, you are responsible for the entire payroll process and ensure reliable as well as legal and regulatory compliant processing of payroll administration, year-end tasks, withholding taxes, and social insurances. As a contact person for employees and managers, you clarify questions regarding wages and social insurances. The exchange with authorities, social insurance institutions, and auditing bodies is also part of your task. In projects beyond your own area, you contribute your know-how and continuously develop existing processes with digital and automated solutions. You appreciate communicating at all levels and are used to participating in a wide variety of projects. Moving within the team in an innovative and flexible manner, you also convince with strong social competences and a good sense of what is feasible.

Your personality For this demanding function, we are looking for an experienced leader with corresponding further training in payroll, social insurances, or Human Resources, as well as several years of professional experience in a position with a similar area of responsibility. You convince with a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong understanding of numbers. Even in demanding situations, you act confidently and keep the essential connections in view. Quality, digitalization, and efficient processes are important to you. In exchange with various stakeholders, you appear confidently and communicate clearly and understandably. Very good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office, as well as additional experience with SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HR system, round off your profile.
