Automation Technician

Area of responsibility

• Testing and logging of high-voltage switchgear and components.
• Carrying out leakage, contact resistance, high-voltage, and mechanical tests on switches, fields, and assembly units.
• Creating test protocols as well as error messages including root cause analysis in the event of deviations.
• Care and maintenance of the testing equipment and infrastructure (measuring devices, measuring computers, gas supply, etc.).
• Working according to work papers, checklists, testing regulations, and instructions.
• Compliance with quality, safety, and environmental specifications.
• Support of the continuous improvement process.

Qualifications

Technical requirements

• Completed electrical vocational training (e.g., automation technician, electrical installer, automation fitter) or comparable qualification.
• Experience in testing and measuring is an advantage.
• Good German language skills.
• Independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working.

The work is in 2-shift operation
