We offer a fair salary that, depending on experience and skills, ranges from CHF 83'000 to CHF 93'000 per year (100% employment rate). Make a difference. • In your role as Client Advisor, you support SMEs in their needs for demanding logistics solutions and other industry services, in French and German. • You efficiently manage leads from data and outbound calls are an important part of your activities. • You handle medium-complexity cases in a solution-oriented manner. • In doing so, you ensure a positive customer experience and generate maximum value for both the customer and Post. • To achieve these ambitious goals, you work closely with specialists, other Client Advisors, and post offices. • You use modern media and communication technologies in a targeted manner in your sales activities.
