Lawyer (40 - 60%)
Your tasks
Drafting objection decisions in the field of supplementary benefits, especially for French-speaking dossiers.
Representing the Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Bern before the Administrative Court and the Federal Court.
Advising clerks as well as specialists.
Analysis of legal and social developments to derive the need for action for the department.
Your profile
University degree in law, a bar admission is a plus.
Several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company, an administration, or a law firm.
Sound knowledge in the areas of property, family, inheritance, and procedural law.
Experience in conducting processes.
Bilingualism (German and French) is mandatory for this function.
Professional experience in the field of social insurance law is desirable.
