Requirement profile:

• Many years of experience in purchasing, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing or supply chain
• Leadership experience or enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Very good German skills, any further language is an advantage
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a good sense for costs
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working

Tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the purchasing team
• Operational purchasing, material planning and ensuring delivery readiness
• Supplier management including complaints and supplier evaluations
• Price negotiations, price tenders and market analyses
• Optimization of purchasing processes as well as triggering production orders and setup sheets
• Direct reporting to the Managing Director
