• advice and support for clients in difficult life situations as well as joint development of sustainable perspectives for their professional and social integration
• independent case management of exciting social assistance dossiers in the case management system (KLIB), whereby you are relieved internally by the Administration team, can draw on the internal specialist office ChanceZ!, and work closely within the experienced social assistance team

• hold a degree in Social Work at tertiary level (FH, HF, or university) or have an equivalent qualification
