Tasks

• Operational processing of supplier orders and monitoring of deadline compliance
• Ensuring daily availability of goods for the assigned areas
• Analysis and processing of shortages and processing/monitoring of inventory control
• Point of contact for purchasing, suppliers, transport/logistics and
• Close coordination and cooperation with Supply Planning and Supply Operations from the responsible departments
• Monitoring and control of EDI suppliers (VMI and LILA)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial sector and/or further education in the field of business administration, marketing or supply chain
• Initial professional experience in assortment, goods logistics or (master data) management
• Knowledge of the software used (SAP, MS-Office 365, especially very good Excel skills)
