For our client, a world-leading manufacturer of high-voltage insulation and component solutions located in Zürich Limmattal, we are looking for a committed, analytical, and strong leadership personality as:

Team Leader Production Planning and Purchasing (m/f/d) 100% ##

Your tasks: ##

• Leadership and further development of the team in production planning and operational purchasing
• Creation and maintenance of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) together with the production planners
• Analysis of production capacities and close cooperation with interdisciplinary teams
• Coordination of exact delivery dates with the fulfillment team
• Ensuring the correct processing and tracking of MRP messages via SAP
• Integration of demand forecasts into production planning and monitoring of relevant KPIs
• Identification and implementation of process and efficiency improvements
• Active participation in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines, standards, and compliance requirements as a People Manager

Your profile: ##

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production planning, purchasing, supply chain, or operations management, including in a leadership role with 5-10 direct reports
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of capacity planning and inventory management
• Strong communication and leadership skills for efficient cooperation with teams and stakeholders
• Very good German and English skills
