Sales Inside Service Specialist (m/w/d) / Permanent Introduction On behalf of our client, a worldwide leading technology provider based in the Bülach area, we are looking for a Type of work In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on the company's products. You will be responsible for the entire order processing (quotations, invoices, calculations, etc.), support the assigned field service employees, and take on various tasks in the sales inside service, such as maintaining customer, condition, and customer data, etc. in the corresponding tools. Furthermore, you will handle the processing of goods transports with freight forwarders and customs formalities. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and advise them in German, English, and possibly Ösisch. Participation in various projects and close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., marketing, purchasing, finance) round off this interesting offer. Requirements profile To successfully master this exciting challenge, you should have completed commercial training (including experience in the industrial sector) or technical training with further education, e.g., as a technical specialist. You should communicate confidently in German and English, and Ösisch, as well as any additional language, is an advantage.
