Job Description ##

• Creation and further development of financial and management reports
• Conducting budget, forecast, and variance analyses
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
• Analysis of cost structures, revenues, and relevant KPIs
• Identification of financial risks and optimization potential
• Support in the financial management of the company
• Close cooperation with accounting and operational departments
• Creation of ad-hoc analyses and decision-making bases for management
• Ensuring data quality and continuous improvement of reporting processes
• Participation in finance projects as well as support in process optimizations

The Successful Applicant ##

• Several years of professional experience in controlling as well as in-depth knowledge of accounting
• Completed training or further education in the field of finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration
• Pronounced analytical and conceptual skills
• Quick comprehension and ability to understand complex relationships
• Experience in creating and interpreting financial analyses and reports
• Very good Excel skills as well as secure handling of ERP systems
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility and precise work
• Communication-strong personality with team spirit
• Very good German language skills, English language skills an advantage
• Ability to recognize challenges at an early stage and assess their financial and operational impact
