You will work largely independently, are closely networked with various internal departments and contribute to the continuous further development of structures, processes and instruments. Your tasks: Finance & Personnel: Creation and preparation of evaluations, analyses and calculations in finance and personnel management Budget & Key Figures: Preparation of budget evaluations, data analyses and decision-making bases Project Management: Independent collaboration and assumption of sub-projects, for example during the introduction of a new wage system or the further development of a MaG concept Contract Management: Coordination, maintenance and structured administration of contracts and relevant documents Process Management: Analysis, documentation and continuous optimization of existing processes and workflows Digitalization: Support in the further development and digitalization of work processes as well as in the introduction of new digital solutions Data & Personal Protection: Further development and optimization of the corresponding processes Assumption of further versatile tasks in the area of Central Services Your profile: You have a commercial or comparable education and bring several years of professional experience in the areas of finance, administration, HR or central services. Ideally, you already have experience in project work as well as in the optimization and development of processes.
