Draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture (80-100 %)

We are looking for a draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture (structural draftsperson) with enjoyment in building on existing structures. You will process renovation and expansion projects across all planning phases, develop plans from building permit application to execution and detail planning, and combine constructive precision with design ambition.   What awaits you • Collaboration on studies, preliminary, and construction projects in building on existing structures with renovation, expansion, repurposing, and transformation. • Preparation of existing surveys and existing plans, project and building permit application plans, as well as execution and detail plans for interior finishing. • Participation in tender documents according to SIA standards, in cost estimates and cost control (Deltabaucost). • Support of project management in scheduling, coordination with specialist planners, authorities, and contractors, as well as occasional work on the construction site. • Maintaining and updating the 3D model and plan statuses in Vectorworks 2026, including visualizations and plan presentation for presentations. • Close cooperation in a small, interdisciplinary team with direct exchange and short decision-making paths. What you bring • Completed basic training as a draftsperson EFZ specialization Architecture (structural draftsperson). Further training as a dipl. Technikerin or Techniker HF Bauplanung Architektur is an advantage. • At least 4 years of professional experience in Switzerland, including experience in execution and detail planning. • Knowledge of SIA standards (especially SIA 102 and SIA 118) and the Swiss building permit process. • Experience in building on existing structures, especially in renovations, repurposing, and interior finishing, is a plus. • Outstanding technical and constructive understanding as well as care in detail and in plan presentation. • Very good knowledge of Vectorworks 2026 (3D); experience with Deltabaucost, Affinity Photo 2, Affinity Publisher 2 and Asana project management is an advantage. • Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least level C1) including technical language as well as good English skills (at least level B2). • Independent, structured working, team spirit and enjoyment of direct, collegial cooperation.
