You will carry out the medical and insurance-technical monitoring of benefit cases in the area of salary insurance according to VVG. You will carry out the medical and contractual examination of the obligation to provide benefits. You will coordinate services between internal and external partners as well as other social insurances. You will create corresponding invoices. Your profile. Commercial training or paramedical basic training. In-depth knowledge and professional experience in the area of health and/or accident daily benefits. Independent and precise working method. Enjoyment of telephone customer contact. Ideally, knowledge of the SHP operating system (Syrius) exists. Foreign language skills (F/I) are an advantage.
