Event Project Coordinator You work 80-100% – primarily in Zug, with the possibility to work partly remote Event Project Coordinator V-ZUG Swiss Market Department In this role, you ensure the professional planning, organization, and implementation of product trainings and partner events for our sales partners. In doing so, you work closely with our trainers, the field service, as well as internal and external stakeholders and ensure that trainings, events, and customer experiences are carried out smoothly and with high quality. With your organizational talent, you skillfully coordinate and lead the entire event process – in our showrooms, at the headquarters, as well as at partners on-site. At the same time, you contribute new ideas for innovative events, continuously develop existing offers, and contribute to making the V-ZUG brand world sustainably tangible for our partners. What the position offers you You manage event projects along the entire process – from briefing through conception and planning to implementation, follow-up, and success control In close cooperation with the event team, you plan, coordinate, and realize customer, partner, and brand events and ensure a high-quality customer experience as well as professional implementation You coordinate internal and external stakeholders, manage schedules, resources, and interfaces, and ensure a smooth project workflow The organization of event logistics, participant management, external service providers, as well as support in budget planning, quoting, and administrative processes are also part of your area of responsibility You create and prepare presentations, briefings, documentation, as well as other training and event materials in a professional manner and tailored to the target group In cooperation with the responsible trainers, you plan and coordinate product trainings for our sales partners and support the training managers in preparation, implementation, and follow-up You continuously develop existing event and training formats, optimize processes, and contribute innovative ideas to make the V-ZUG brand world sustainably tangible and to strengthen cooperation with our sales partners What you bring to the position You have a commercial or event-related basic education; further training in the field of event management, project management, or marketing is an advantage You bring experience in event management, project management, or a comparable coordinating function and have already successfully planned and implemented customer, partner, or brand events With your strong organizational skills, you maintain an overview even in complex projects, coordinate various stakeholder groups confidently, and work independently, structured, and reliably You convince through your communication strength, your confident appearance, and your high service and customer orientation when dealing with internal and external stakeholders As a hands-on personality, you like to roll up your sleeves, are flexible, resilient, and find pragmatic and solution-oriented ways even in demanding situations Creativity, quality awareness, and a sense for high-quality brand experiences characterize you as much as the joy of working in interdisciplinary teams You work confidently with MS Office and digital collaboration tools and have very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage Not convinced yet?
