Teamleader: Evening Parcel Delivery

What you can achieve-

• You lead a team of approx. 19 employees and are responsible for development and communication within the team.-
• As a strong leadership duo, you and your deputy create optimal conditions for efficient processes.-
• Together, you create the deployment planning and design productive team meetings.-
• You further develop your employees with concrete goals and stand by them as a coach.--
• You lead by example by actively involving yourself in daily business and actively supporting your team.-
• Your workday in evening delivery begins between 11.00 and 12.00 and ends between approx. 20.00 and 21.00. You work from Monday to Friday.

• You recognize the needs of your employees and create an open and transparent working environment.--
• You are physically fit and actively support delivery tours.-
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as confident handling of MS-Office round off your profile.-
