The Hochschule Luzern – Rektorat und Hochschuldienste supports the six departments of Technik & Architektur, Wirtschaft, Informatik, Soziale Arbeit, Design Film Kunst as well as Musik in university operations with its departments and organizes and participates in a versatile manner. For our IDMS-team, we are looking for a skilled personality as a Full-Stack Application Developer 80 - 100% starting 1. October 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks You will further develop our application IDMS agilely across the entire stack with .NET and T-SQL and ensure Clean Code, sustainable architecture and meaningful test coverage. Together with specialist departments and teams, you analyze requirements and develop technical solutions – from conception to implementation and rollout. You significantly shape the quality, maintainability and extensibility of our code. Within the team, you are responsible for DevOps operations including CI/CD, as well as monitoring, logging and incident analysis. To support data-driven decisions, you develop Operations Research models and participate in architecture, technology and tool decisions. Through code reviews, pair programming, coaching and constructive feedback, you promote quality and knowledge exchange within the team. You actively help shape agile processes, take on responsibility and ensure understandable documentation. Your profile You have a university degree, at least 3 years of experience in software development and bring a versatile wealth of experience with different technologies. Very good knowledge of C# and .NET as well as ideally in and TypeScript as well as . You are able to formulate mathematical optimization models and transfer them into powerful software solutions. You bring sound knowledge in cloud computing and have ideally already gained experience with Kubernetes. The principles of agile software development are important to you.
