Within our PK services division, our Administration BVG department offers our insured persons and affiliated companies professional support in all matters of personnel provisions. In your function as Administrator: Administration BVG, you will take over the administration of the insured persons, process changes, and be in close contact with companies, insured persons, and sales partners. With your precise, efficient, and service-oriented way of working, you will significantly contribute to ensuring a smooth insurance process. You will independently manage the administrative administration of the BVG customer portfolio assigned to you in the permanent / temporary and gastro model You will provide information on written or telephone inquiries from insured persons and their employers You will process BVG business cases such as entries and exits, salary and pension adjustments, incorporation and payment of freedom of movement benefits (FZL), execution of acquisition calculations, divorce cases, and other changes that occur You will process applications for home ownership promotion (WEF) with funds from occupational pension provision and handle WEF advance payments and pledges You will be responsible for taking on new connections, plan changes, and contract terminations, and will work closely with sales partners You will regularly be in contact with various stakeholders such as brokers, customers, beneficiaries, courts, lawyers, and internal and external service providers You have a commercial basic training and have further educated yourself in the area of BVG and social insurance.
