Nursing Expert Surgery 80 - 100 % Basel

As a nursing expert on a surgical inpatient ward, you combine daily nursing practice with nursing science depth. You advise the team in complex case situations, further develop standards, and ensure nursing quality at the patient's bedside. For a private hospital with a university orientation in Basel, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at a workload of 80 – 100 %. You bring sound experience from the surgical environment and work closely in an interprofessional manner with nursing, medical staff, and therapy. What awaits you in this responsible task • Responsibility for nursing quality on a surgical inpatient ward in cooperation with the leadership team • Ensuring evidence-based nursing practice as well as active participation in direct care • Support and empowerment of the nursing team in complex nursing situations • Accompanying and further developing the nursing process • Promoting the implementation of new nursing science findings into practice • Participation in the development, implementation, and optimization of policies, guidelines, and concepts • Participation in project and working groups for the further development of nursing practice • Interprofessional cooperation with various specialist departments What you bring with you • Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Dipl.
