Head of Education 80-100% (m/f/d) Senevita is the largest integrated provider of services in old age and employs around 4'300 employees. Outpatient and inpatient services merge seamlessly. While Senevita stands for locations for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the Switzerland-wide leading provider of private Spitex services. For the further development of our education and training landscape, we are looking for an engaged personality for the Senevita Gruppe, headquartered in b. Bern, starting immediately or by arrangement as Head of Education 80-100% (m/f/d) Head of Education 80-100% (m/f/d) Your tasks You bear the overall responsibility for vocational training at the group level and develop it strategically for 40 inpatient operations as well as 23 Spitex organizations of Senevita Casa. You are responsible for training in different professional fields, from nursing to commercial professions to gastronomy, hotel management-housekeeping, and facility management at EBA, EFZ, and HF levels. You analyze existing structures, processes, and training models and develop future-proof organizational and training models for our inpatient and outpatient areas. You are responsible for the functional leadership of our regional vocational training officers and strengthen the cooperation with vocational trainers and management personnel at the locations. You develop targeted measures for the recruitment, promotion, and retention of apprentices and students and ensure a high quality of training. You modernize our learning landscape and further develop digital learning formats as well as Learning Management Systems. You are responsible for the strategic further development of our continuing education offering within the Senevita Akademie. You develop our vocational training in a future-oriented manner with regard to securing skilled workers and the requirements of the nursing initiative. You maintain a strong network with educational institutions, associations, and external partners and position Senevita Gruppe as an attractive training organization.
