The École cantonale des Grisons is an important educational institution with approximately 1,000 students speaking the three cantonal languages. As a department of the Office de l'enseignement supérieur, it offers long-term and short-term high school curricula as well as in specialized, commercial, and IT schools. As a teacher of German and German for non-native speakers, you will teach students in the high school as well as in the specialized, commercial, and IT schools.

We are looking for our school, starting from 1 August 2027, for a teacher for German and German for non-native speakers.

Your area of responsibility

• Teaching in the subject of German and German for non-native speakers at the high school as well as in the specialized, commercial, and IT schools
• Organization and implementation of project weeks, class events, and excursions in a team with other teachers
• Taking on various tasks within the disciplinary section
• Participation in school development projects as a whole

What we expect from you

• Completed university degree in the taught subject German as well as a teaching diploma for maturity schools
• Additional qualification in German as a second language (DaZ) at upper secondary level desired
• Flexible, proactive personality and capable of working in a team, enjoying working with young people. We also seek a communicative, responsible person committed to school life
• As a teacher in a trilingual school, knowledge of other cantonal languages complements your profile
