Senior Full Stack Developer (a) # 80% - 100% | Luzern | Home office possible ## You will shape the future of the electronic mailbox (eBK): Based on a modern Dapr/Container/Kubernetes architecture, you will further develop the CI/CD pipeline and the React frontend and accompany the transfer of operations from external suppliers to DIIN in-house operations. Together with CMI & aforms, CISO, Product Owner, and Product Management, you will create the foundation for a secure, stable, and independent operation of the eBK. Your tasks • Platform operation: You ensure the further development and operation of the eBK based on the Dapr/Container/Kubernetes architecture and expand the error and edge-case handling for a robust application. • Frontend & Integration: You further develop the React frontend for the integration of the mailbox symbol in my.lu.ch and implement the CMI integration. • CI/CD & secure in-house operation: You drive the construction of the CI/CD pipeline for the eBK and create the foundation for secure in-house operation with CI/CD sovereignty and Vault Auto-Unseal. • Transfer of operations: You accompany the technical transfer of operations from external suppliers to DIIN, including the acceptance process and knowledge transfer, thereby ensuring stable, high-quality operation. • Requirements & Security: You analyze, structure, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholder groups, develop sustainable solution concepts from them, and coordinate releases and changes. As a link between specialist departments and development, you bring together technical requirements, technical possibilities, and user needs, and implement measures from Tenable scanning and pentests. Your profile • Several years of experience as a Senior DevOps/Full-Stack Engineer with sound practical experience in React and C# as well as in the operation of container/Kubernetes environments; knowledge of Dapr or comparable microservice runtimes is an advantage. • Experience in building CI/CD pipelines, for example with Azure DevOps, for containerized applications as well as in REST API integrations. • Practice in the takeover and migration of applications from external suppliers to in-house operations as well as a strong understanding of reliable operation. In doing so, you impress with hands-on implementation strength and combine frontend with operational know-how. • A high level of security awareness and careful, reliable handling of security-critical citizen data and documents, especially in the context of confidential delivery. A professional appearance towards external suppliers as well as the willingness to actively build missing competencies within the team and pass on knowledge distinguish you. Proficient German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile. Advantage: • Experience in public administration or in regulated industries. • Experience with document management/case management systems such as CMI as well as knowledge of eCH standards and requirements for digital delivery.
