Your tasks in everyday life with the customer: • Takeover of holistic care and support of patients in complex situations. • Planning, implementation and evaluation of training steps for HF students. • Ensuring high-quality care with consideration of modern standards. • Close cooperation in the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. • Designing learning situations and conducting qualification interviews. Qualifications This is what you bring: • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. • Ideally, you already have the SVEB course or the pedagogical further training as a Berufsbildnerin or Berufsbildner (or have the firm goal of completing it soon). • An empathetic nature and the ability to convey knowledge in a understandable and motivating way. • Sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. • Talents with diplomas from EU/EFTA countries are welcome, provided that the SRK recognition has already been granted or the process has been started.
