For our client, a traditional 5* house in a prime location in Bern, with various F&B outlets and approx. 120 rooms, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate front personality.

Tasks & Challenges

• Operational host at the front
• Organizing and implementing regular team training
• Ensuring a smooth service process at a high quality level
• Responsible for increasing results and cost savings
• Optimal deployment planning and avoiding overtime
• Active management of social media channels
• Complaint handling
• Creating daily closings
• Compliance and implementation of standards and occupational safety

Qualifications & Competencies

• Completed training in upscale hotel management/gastronomy
• Degree from a hotel management school
• Professional experience in a similar leadership role
• Passionate service provider
• High identification with the company
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• High quality and hygiene standards
• Polished appearance and excellent manners
• Languages: German, French and English
