In order to complete our technical service team, we are looking for a:

Technical employee / 100%

Your main missions

• Ensure, with the technical manager, the maintenance and monitoring of the site's installations;
• Intervene quickly in the event of a breakdown, malfunction or urgent situation;
• Perform various maintenance works in the buildings;
• Ensure the maintenance of outdoor spaces and contribute to their upkeep in good condition;
• Participate in the layout of the rooms and the transfers of the residents;
• Apply and promote safety rules;
• Manage the sorting and evacuation of waste according to current standards;
• Participate in the management of stocks of material, products and equipment.

What you bring

• CFC facility management agent or training in a building trade;
• Professional experience of a few years in a similar position;
• Good technical knowledge and interest in the maintenance of buildings and installations;
• Autonomous, versatile, organized and endowed with good practical sense;
• Sense of service, ease in contacts and a respectful attitude towards residents, families and colleagues;
• Category B driving license;
• Mastery of standard IT tools;
• Residing nearby, an asset notably for urgent interventions.
