Kitchen Assistant

La Clinica Hildebrand – Centro di riabilitazione Brissago has 120 beds, operates according to the performance mandates assigned by the Cantons of Ticino and Grisons in the field of rehabilitation, and is a member of REHA TICINO and the Association of the most advanced clinics for rehabilitation in Switzerland (SW!SS REHA). In addition to the main headquarters in Brissago, the Clinic is also present in the territory with the Centro Ambulatoriale of Lugano and at the Residenza alle Betulle in Cevio. To complete our team, we are looking for starting from September 2026 or an agreed date: Kitchen Assistant at 100% (noted profession) with a fixed-term contract until 28.02.2027. Tasks: The Hotel Service has the task of organizing, coordinating and optimizing the hotel services of the Clinic. The selected person will operate mainly at the employees' restaurant, taking care of the cleaning and hygiene of the spaces, the equipment and the dishes, in compliance with current hygienic-sanitary standards. They will also collaborate with the cook in the preparation of dishes, support the meal distribution service and contribute to maintaining the order and quality of the service offered.
