Your tasks

• Active management of residential and commercial properties
• Re-letting, acceptance and handover of rental properties
• Oral and written communication with owners, tenants, caretakers, craftsmen and authorities
• Issuing repair orders and coordinating renovation work
• Processing damage cases

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Commercial basic training
• Further training in the field of real estate is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and exact way of working
• Good IT user skills
