In this responsible position, you will take over the technical and personnel management of process management and actively help shape the further development of modern regeneration and production processes. A versatile task with leadership responsibility as well as exciting projects in the plant and process environment awaits you.

Tasks ###

• Technical and personnel leadership of the Process Management department
• Ensuring smooth and high-quality operation of the regeneration processes
• Management and implementation of projects for the optimization and further development of existing processes
• Participation in conversion, expansion, and new construction projects of process and tank storage facilities
• Creation of economic calculations as well as technical offers in cooperation with internal specialist departments
• Deputy of the plant management as well as ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and safety specifications

Requirements ###

• Completed studies or doctorate in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, or process engineering
• Several years of professional experience in the chemical industry or process engineering
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the further development of employees
• Sound knowledge of thermal separation processes, ideally in the area of distillation and regeneration
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication personality with high customer and service orientation
