HR Business Partner

Your tasks

• Contact person for managers as well as support along the HR lifecycle and management of HR processes
• Advising, supporting and coaching managers in personnel, labor law and disciplinary issues
• Enforcement of guidelines, specifications and laws
• Collaboration in the implementation of the annual salary rounds
• Absence management and case management of long-term sick employees
• Collaboration in work and project groups

Your profile

• Completed training or further education in Human Resources, business administration (HR) or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Advantageously experience in the healthcare sector as well as in a large company
• Confident expression in the German language, both orally and in writing
• Sound MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and pragmatic way of working as well as resilient, service- and team-oriented and willingness to take on responsibility
