As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resources management and pension funds.
You wish to put your expertise in occupational pension schemes at the service of a corporate clientele and play a key role in its loyalty and development, while contributing to the elaboration of client and product strategies? Join us as a corporate client manager in occupational pension schemes (m/f).
Missions
Develop and retain a portfolio of corporate clients through targeted actions and a proactive approach
Identify and realize upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on the needs and evolution of clients
Be the reference interlocutor for client companies and their executives
Accompany clients and carry out presentations to their employees
Provide business expertise and support sales teams in their processes with clients and prospects
Identify client needs and development opportunities
Actively contribute to the quality of the client experience
Participate in the elaboration and implementation of client and product strategies
Your profile
Excellent mastery of the field of occupational pension schemes (LPP)
Confirmed experience in the management and development of relationships with a corporate clientele in occupational pension schemes
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with real ease in public speaking
Ease in establishing trusting professional relationships with interlocutors of different levels
Strong sense of commercial development and ability to identify needs from clients and the resulting opportunities
Autonomy, sense of responsibility and spirit of initiative
Good mastery of English and//or German, an asset
Flexibility and availability according to the needs of clients.
