Head of Electrical and Control Engineering

Our client, an established company in the field of energy production, is looking for a Head of Electrical and Control Engineering for its plants, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this role, you will lead a small team of specialists and work together on demanding systems where modern digital technology and proven plant control meet. Here, you can apply your technical knowledge daily and ensure that the plants run smoothly and reliably.

Your tasks

• Lead your team, distribute tasks, and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You keep an eye on the condition of the plants, evaluate anomalies, and decide on the next steps
• Ensure that maintenance and revisions are well planned and that the appropriate personnel are available for them
• You drive technical innovations and optimize existing processes
• You lead the rectification of malfunctions and participate in cross-functional projects

Your profile

• Completed studies as an Electrical Engineer FH or Electrical Technician HF, approximately with a focus on systems engineering or automation
• You are familiar with control systems from operation, maintenance, or planning
• You already have initial leadership experience and want to take on further responsibility
• Very good German skills (C1) as well as good English skills
• You think in a structured manner, tackle tasks independently, and explain technical topics understandably
