August Portmann AG, based in Zug, is a young dynamic company in the field of architecture & real estate. To expand our team, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager with a focus on STWEG as of 1 November or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the professional management of a diverse portfolio (condominium ownership as a focus, as well as residential and commercial properties)
• Independent handling of all administrative activities with the support of a clerk
• Expert support and advice for owners and tenants
• Management of condominium assemblies
• Ensuring ongoing building maintenance as well as organization of external tradespeople
• Representation tasks within the team

Requirement profile

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager
• Several years of practical experience in the administration of condominium ownership mandatory
• Experience in the management of residential and commercial properties an advantage
• Stylish German as well as good English skills
• High flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Driver's license category B
• RIMO R5 knowledge an advantage
