Your tasks * Development of control components for level crossing systems from conception to approval, including interface definition * Development of safety-relevant electronics from circuit design and component selection to EMC-compliant PCB layout and series readiness * Implementation of logic in FPGA/CPLD as well as programming of PLC modules * Creation of safety proofs and product documentation as well as exchange with assessors and approval bodies * Close cooperation with product management, purchasing and production * Occasional customer visits domestically and abroad as well as on-call service in Switzerland Your profile * Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field * Experience in the development of electronic assemblies from circuit design and component selection to EMC-compliant layout and series readiness * Knowledge of VHDL for CPLD/FPGA, ideally in a safety-relevant environment * Understanding of functional safety (Fail-Safe, FMEDA); knowledge of CENELEC standards (EN ) is an advantage * Experience in control cabinet and plant electrical engineering (safety switching devices, network forms, grounding, shielding) * Confident handling of laboratory measurement technology as well as experience with EMC and environmental tests * Very good German and English skills; French is an advantage Work-Life Balance Outside the core hours of - o'clock, we offer flexible working hours in which you can organize your time freely.
