Swisscom Banking has been active in German- and French-speaking Switzerland for over twenty years and, with over 140 employees, is the largest Finnova competence center. You are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimization of the Finnova core banking software with a focus on financing - where business know-how and technology intersect. We work agilely, multilingually, and in close exchange with our customers; stability, security, availability, reliability, and performance have top priority. You benefit from a varied environment with deployments at customers throughout Switzerland, with one to two travel days per week, as well as two home office days per week with 100% workload. • Responsibility for the financing department including interfaces and peripheral systems, e.g. Finnova Loan Advisory • End-to-end implementation of customer requirements - from specification to stable production operation • Analysis, troubleshooting, and sustainable solution of disruptions in applications and databases • Close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams across locations and language regions • Development opportunities towards Scrum Master or Product Owner after five to seven years Your skills • Degree (uni/FH/HF) in computer science or banking; initial professional experience in the banking or IT environment is an advantage • Further education (uni/FH/HF) in business informatics or computer science • Experience with banking platforms such as Finnova and in-depth SQL knowledge • Practice in application operation, parameterization, and projects • Curious, willing to learn, and with pronounced analytical thinking • Communicative and team-oriented; you design solutions together • Customer-oriented, pragmatic way of working • Very good German or French as well as good knowledge of the other language; English is an advantage With us, you have the opportunity to work in one of our offices in Switzerland or in a home office.
