Your tasks: • Preparation and presentation of traditional Lebanese dishes, particularly Meza, grilled dishes and desserts • Responsibility for certain positions in the kitchen (e. g. grill, side dishes, sauces) • Daily preparation and mise en place • Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) • Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth process during service • Inventory control and support with the storage of ingredients • Co-design and further development of the menu Your profile: • Completed training as a cook or several years of professional experience in the gastronomy industry • In-depth knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and its cooking techniques • Passion for good food and cooking • Team spirit, reliability and flexibility • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays • Good German language skills; additional languages an advantage
