November 2026 or by arrangement? Tasks As the case-responsible reference person, you ensure individual and person-centered care and support for the residents. Depending on your level of knowledge, you independently take over tasks delegated by the department management, such as the initiation and management of change processes, the support of employees in challenging situations, the implementation of overarching goals, and the assurance of quality requirements. You participate in the conceptual further development of the Pflegewohngruppen. You represent the department management in their absence.
