Due to our constant growth, we are now looking for or according to agreement for our club in Cham a passionate and sporty Assistant Manager Fitness Club (h/f/d) at 100%. As an Assistant Manager Fitness Club at PureGym, you always give your best to offer our members the best experience in our clubs. You also support the club in performance improvement measures and act as the right-hand person of the gym management. Your role includes the following tasks and responsibilities: • You welcome and accompany our members in a friendly manner and spread the PureGym spirit throughout the area • You implement the defined PureGym standards and set an example • You monitor all areas of the club and ensure that all quality requirements for safety, cleanliness, and health protection are always met • You regularly inform yourself about PureGym news and market developments and support the gym management in the development and implementation of plans so that your club can assert itself on the market • You engage in promotional activities and help your club with flyer distribution What you bring: • You have a recognized fitness instructor qualification (h/f/d) from Qualitop Suisse • You have a strong affinity for sports, fitness, health, and sales • You have a very good command of German and English (at least B2 level), other languages are a plus • You are flexible in terms of working hours, including evening and weekend assignments • You have a great sense of responsibility and are willing to take on delegated tasks from the gym management • You enjoy customer contact and working with people • You are motivated to take on new responsibilities • You are autonomous and enjoy working in a team What we offer: • We offer a free fitness subscription for you and another person of your choice • We grant 25 days of vacation on a 100% basis as well as an additional personal day • We offer good prospects for advancement within our company • We guarantee a salary in line with the industry and offer performance-based remuneration • We offer numerous discounts on our product range as well as exclusive discounts from our partners • We are a young, dynamic, and international team Apply now and become a member of the PureGym team.
