Dispatchers (m/w/d)

For our client on the Upper Zürichsee, a successful company with high-quality products and services, we are looking for a dispatcher (m/w/d) immediately or by agreement. Area of responsibility: • Dispatching and planning of service technician deployments • Monitoring and processing of maintenance and assembly orders • Telephone reception of fault reports • Checking and processing of service reports Requirements: • Commercial basic training and technical interest or technical basic training with commercial further education • Experience in dispatching a service organization or in customer service • Native language Swiss German, French and/or Italian would be an advantage • Proficient in handling various IT applications, ideally SAP knowledge • Communicative and service-oriented demeanor • Pronounced flexibility and resilience Do you feel addressed by this activity and do you fit the desired profile?
