ICT Service Manager (f/m/d) Be your best with bechtle On behalf of our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an ICT Service Manager (f/m/d) responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, quality and continuous improvement of IT services during the operational phase. Your mission Guarantee the quality, availability and performance of IT services Ensure the monitoring and compliance of SLA, OLA and KPI Coordinate the activities of contributing teams within the framework of support and operations, without direct hierarchical management Drive the management of incidents, problems and changes in an ITSM environment Contribute to the continuous improvement of service management processes and tools, notably via Jira, ITIL, Kanban and Agile practices Your profile Proven experience of +5 years in the management or coordination of IT services in an operational / RUN environment Good command of ITSM practices and the ITIL framework Experience in monitoring incidents, problems, changes, SLA and service indicators Good command of Jira and ease in a structured working environment in Kanban and Agile Excellent command of French and conversational level (B2) in English.
