Kanton Schaffhausen, Obergericht The task of the courts and other judicial authorities is to provide independent jurisdiction. They decide on disputes between parties as well as between private individuals and the state. As an employer, we offer responsible, diverse and challenging jobs. The Obergericht is the highest court in the canton. It is an appellate instance in civil and criminal matters as well as in administrative and social insurance law disputes. In addition, it is a supervisory authority in debt collection and bankruptcy cases and exercises supervision over all judicial authorities of the canton. We are looking for an Obergerichtsschreiber (m/w), 60–100 % as of 1.
