Children and adolescents who are of average intelligence, some with learning impairments, and who are in difficult life situations, are schooled and cared for here. They live in socio-pedagogical residential groups mixed by age and gender and mostly attend the internal special education school. In the sense of reintegration, the institution also offers day groups (externat) as well as regular school attendance. The agricultural and gardening operations, the technical service, the housekeeping, the catering, and the administration are part of the pedagogical concept: they serve as learning, experience, and work fields. The institution works according to the systemic-solution-oriented approach LOA. In supporting the clientele, we orient ourselves towards the model of Cooperative Process Design (KPG).
