These tasks will inspire you

• Providing information in writing and by telephone in German and French to customers, employees and external suppliers
• Creating and processing internal and external cost estimates
• Administrative coordination and processing of third-party repairs
• Administrative and system-technical support for our mechanics
• Booking repairs into the goods receipt as well as checking and storing customer returns
• Assisting in the spare parts warehouse

We look forward to this profile

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Experience in retail or a similar position is an advantage
• Confident oral and written communication in German and French
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, ERP knowledge is a plus
• Communicative, team-oriented and service-oriented personality

About us

LANDI Schweiz AG is a subsidiary of the fenaco cooperative and is responsible for the success of the LANDI stores throughout Switzerland.
